Anti-sway bars and steering stabilizers will improve the ride quality of almost any RV. Certainly one like your 2005 Winnie Adventurer 33V, which could have a good number of miles on it, will benefit from some suspension support to reduce sway.

The vast majority of RV roof vents do measure the common 14 x 14-inch size and fit a roof opening that is slightly larger, 14-1/4 x 14-1/4-inches typically. The item you mentioned, Ventline tinted replacement lid # BVD0449-A03, is for this vent size, has a continuous plastic hinge and appears on the linked page along with all similar 14 x 14 vent lids.

We do not carry the Magnadyne RV radios and therefor do not have the M9970. From what I could find on the M9970, it has a unique style that uses a single din installation and a pop up screen. We do not have anything similar to that style.
